Marinade ideas

Combine 1 cup stock, crushed garlic, grated lemon zest, your favourite fresh herbs and a little chopped chilli.

Combine 1.5 cup stock, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, cracked black pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Combine 1 cup stock, 3/4 cup red or white wine, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme.

Combine 1 cup stock, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey and 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger.
