Sweet Chilli and Lime Chicken Wings

  • ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime rind
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup (250ml) Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken
  • 1 kg chicken wings 


  1. In a large bowl mix sweet chilli sauce, lime rind, lime juice, garlic and Campbell’s Real Stock until combined.

  2. Add chicken wings to the bowl, toss to combine, making sure the chicken wings are covered by the marinade. Wrap and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Remove chicken from marinde and place on tray. Place tray in oven and cook for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.

  4. Add remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until thickened. Serve with the chicken wings.
