In a medium sized saucepan heat oil and butter on a medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in prawns and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in Campbell’s Real Stock and wine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add horseradish cream, thickened cream and dill and bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes.
Season steaks with salt and pepper and sear steaks over medium- high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Rest for 5 minutes.
Mix corn flour with water, add to sauce and bring to the boil until thickened.
To serve, pour sauce over steaks with 6 prawns per person. Serve with green beans and a baked potato
