Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir- fry the steak in batches over medium high heat for 2-3 or until browned. Add the vegetables and stir- fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine 3 tbsp of Campbell’s Real Stock with the corn flour, oyster sauce, ginger and garlic.
Add the stock/corn flour mixture and the remaining Campbell’s Real Stock to the wok or frying pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until the stock has come to the boil and thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
