Stir Fry Beef and Vegetables

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 kg rump steak, cut into thin strips
  • 700g mixed vegetables, chopped (e.g. capsicum, baby corn, broccoli)
  • 250ml (1 cup) Campbell’s Real Stock - Beef
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed
  • Sesame seeds to garnish


  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir- fry the steak in batches over medium high heat for 2-3 or until browned. Add the vegetables and stir- fry for another 2-3 minutes.

  2. Combine 3 tbsp of Campbell’s Real Stock with the corn flour, oyster sauce, ginger and garlic.

  3. Add the stock/corn flour mixture and the remaining Campbell’s Real Stock to the wok or frying pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until the stock has come to the boil and thickened.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
