Peppercorn Sauce for 2

Ingredients

  • 50mls white wine
  • 1 cup Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef
  • 2 tsp cracked black peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp (1⁄4 cup) thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

Method

  1. In a fry pan add wine & stock, bring to the boil until reduced by half.

  2. Reduce heat, add peppercorns, then whisk in the cream.

  3. Combine corn flour with 1 tbsp water, then whisk into sauce until slightly thickened. Serve immediately.
