To make marinade combine all ingredients into a large bowl, mix well to combine.
Cover with glad wrap and place in the fridge to marinade for 1 hour (up to 4 hours is ideal).
Remove lamb from marinade and cook on a barbeque or hotplate for 3 to 4 minutes each side or to your liking. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
