Oregano and Paprika Marinade for Lamb

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, rind and juiced
  • 500ml (2 cups) Campbell’s Real Stock- Beef
  • 1kg lamb leg steaks


  1. To make marinade combine all ingredients into a large bowl, mix well to combine.

  2. Cover with glad wrap and place in the fridge to marinade for 1 hour (up to 4 hours is ideal).

  3. Remove lamb from marinade and cook on a barbeque or hotplate for 3 to 4 minutes each side or to your liking. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
