In a large pot, add oil and cook onions and garlic until translucent. Add the white wine and Campbell's Real Stock. Bring to the boil.
Add the mussels and cook covered, for 2 minutes, then stir.
Cook covered for a further 3-4 minutes. Once the mussels have opened, remove from heat, add cream and sprinkle with parsley. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve.
