Moroccan Spiced Chicken Skewers

  • 250ml Campbell's Real Stock - Chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 lemon, finely grated zest of
  • 600g chicken thigh fillets, diced


  1. In a bowl combine Campbell's Real Stock with garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander and lemon zest

  2. Add chicken and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate, in the refrigerator, for at least 3 hours or overnight

  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers. Pan-fry, grill or BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side or until chicken is browned and cooked through.

  4. Serve with couscous
