Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease and line 2 19cm x 9cm base measurement loaf pans.
For the glaze place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until tomatoes are chopped. Set aside.
Heat oil in a medium sized frypan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until onions are soft.
Place cooked onion and garlic, mince, bread crumbs, semi dried tomatoes, egg, parsley, salt and pepper and Campbell’s Real Stock into a large bowl. Mix well until combined. Spoon into pans.
Using a pastry brush, brush the top of the meatloaves with a generous amount of glaze. Bake for 30 minutes, brush again with glaze and bake for a further 30 minutes
