Lemon & Herb Marinated Chicken

  • 250ml Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 lemon, grated zest of
  • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets


  1. Place Campbell’s Real Stock in a large plastic bag or shallow non metallic container. Add garlic, herbs and lemon zest.

  2. Add chicken, turn gently to coat, cover and marinate, in refrigerator, for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade and dry. Cook on a pre-heated barbecue, grill or non-stick frying pan over medium high heat for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked through.
