Corn with Maple Butter

  • 4 pieces whole corn on the cob, cut in half
  • 2L Campbell's Real Stock - Chicken
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 40g maple syrup
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped


  1. Cook corn in simmering Campbell's Real Stock for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove corn from stock, brush with a little melted butter and BBQ for 3 minutes, until smokey, but not burned.

  3. Combine the softened butter with maple syrup and add the chives.

  4. Remove corn from the BBQ and generously brush over with the maple butter. Serve.
