Chicken & Fresh Cut Noodle Soup

  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 400g chicken breast, finely sliced
  • 1L Campbell's Real Stock - Chicken
  • 200g fresh pappadelle pasta
  • (if you can't find papadelle simply cut fresh lasagne sheets into wide ribbons)
  • 100g bean shoots
  • Basil leaves, finely sliced


  1. In a medium saucepan bring Campbell's Real Stock to the boil. Reduce heat and bring to a gentle simmer, add chicken and gently stir to separate. Gently simmer until chicken is cooked through, add carrots, spring onions and basil, return to a gentle simmer for 1 minute then take off heat.

  2. Prepare pasta according to instructions, drain and divide into bowls, top with broth mixture, garnish with bean shoots.
