Chicken Burritos

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 500g lean chicken breast mince
  • 2 tsp each ground cumin and paprika
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 375ml Campbell’s Real Stock – Salt Reduced Chicken
  • 300g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 wholemeal tortillas or burritos
  • vegetables for serving, shredded lettuce, grated carrot,
  • diced tomato, diced avocado


  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken mince and spices until browned.

  2. Add flour and Campbell’s Real Stock and cook 5 minutes, or until thick.

  3. Add beans and allow to heat through.

  4. Serve mince wrapped in warmed tortillas with lettuce, carrot, tomato and avocado.

  5. If desired, serve with a dollop of light sour cream or some grated reduced fat cheese.
