Beef and Vegetable Stir–Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 115 g baby corn, halved
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 250ml (1 cup) Campbell’s Real Stock - Beef
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Cooked rice and sesame seeds, to serve

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Cook beef in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins. In a jug combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, Campbell’s Real Stock - Beef and cornflour.
  3. Pour mixture into wok, bring to the boil, return beef  stir to combine.
  4. Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
